With a deep love for history—especially American Indian culture—Sheri brings authenticity and heart to every story she tells. She studied writing and screenwriting in California and spent 18 years in the aerospace industry before dedicating herself fully to her creative passions.

I discovered my passion for writing when I was 8 years old because of a lovely, sweet third grade teacher who read excitingly funny stories to the class. Remember Beverly Cleary? Fabulous! I decided I wanted to write like that. In my later years, I wanted to write a historical adventure/love story involving the Cherokee Indians. Their culture and their language .... when they speak, you'll notice the words so stunning, it's as if they're singing a song. So I'm excited to present my first book.
